I want to make a diary to sell in my shop !
I want to take the times of shabbos for the next year from a other diary that i just brought.
Can I use it or is it copy right or gniva or once the person has put out the information and the information should be available for every one as its time for shabbos i can use it ?
Answer:
You may use it and it not an issue of using a copyright etc. This is because there is only an issue when it is the person’s own creation, however the candlelighting times etc. were not made or originally calculated by the person you are copying from, he also copied it from somewhere else.
