Question:
If a person will be davening shacharis without a minyan in a house that a bris will be taking place later that day (but he won’t be the sandek/father/mohel), should he say tachanun?
Answer:
I haven’t seen anything on this, but it would stand to reason that if the person is davening in the room that the bris will be held, that it would be like a shul that a bris will take place in it that day.
