I have positions in options that I have a non jewish partner, those positions can not be closed only during market hours they were not closed, they are risky of loosing their value if not traded on Monday or Tuesday which is Rosh Hashana. Can this non-Jew do the trading if the profit or non loss will go to him and I will take a different day for the same amount?
Answer:
If he is a partner then he is essentially doing it for himself, just make sure not to tell him to do it for you.
