Hi, I hope you can help me with my issue. It was by ne’elah and I had a thought (I don’t think I ever said it out of my mouth, I might have said to H-shem, to give it to me in 30 years)(davened) that if chas v’shalom any pain should be on my father that year should come onto me (I had charata within the first min) is that a neder and if it is how can I rid of it? I’m really nervous about these things.

It is not a neder and you don’t have to worry about it. You didn’t say it out of your mouth, and even if you did, a neder is only if you say that you will do something good, or prohibit something on to yourself, and this isn’t any of them. Since it wasn’t a neder there is nothing that you have to get rid of.
