I have a shlak on my sukka that is pulled up using pulley ropes. Is it a shaila of squeezing if the rope is wet from the rain water, and inevitably water will be squeezed out when I hold it tightly to pull?

Rope is woven very tightely and does not absorb water, therfore it will not be sechita.
