Thank you for your help. My question is regarding taking screen pictures on a computer, whether it be to remember text written or an image. For example, if a person wants to create a “vision board” with kosher images that show for example: sunsets, beautiful homes etc. and they find these images online, is it considered theft to take a screen capture image and use the image for personal use, i.e.: printing them and/or storing them on a personal computer for the purposes of looking at them for inspiration/ goal setting?

Answer:
It is permitted to take the screen picture, as it is known to all that people will do this, and the quality of it is not as good as the original picture, and the owner is not interested in selling the picture this way.
