Does a Tzavoah override the provisions of a Trust written many years before.
Answer:
A will written according to Halachic guidelines can cancel conditions and instructions given prior to the will, if there was no prior Kinyan. As long as the money was not transfered, it still belong to him and he can change or cancel all his verbal or written directives.
