I counted Sefirah with a Beracha and realized just after I counted that I counted 25 instead of 27 – I did not speak and then corrected it by counting 27. Can I continue counting with a Beracha for the rest of Sefirah? (It is because I forgot to check off the two countings from Shabbos night and Motzei Shabbos).

As long as you corrected yourself and counted the correct day, you may continue counting with a brochoh.
I counted the wrong day tonite but did not correct it tokh keday dibbur.what should be done tonite in order to be able to count with a brocho ?
Since you counted the wrong day , you weren’t yotza the mitzva. If it is still the same night you can now count the correct day with a bracha.
