If one has non mevushal wine opened and one’s non jewish cleaning lady opened the refrigerator and therefore moved the wine because the wine is on a shelf of the door is that a problem?

If the bottle was closed (even without a seal), and it is clear that the cleaning lady did not open the bottle, the wine is permitted. Even if the bottle was open, if the lady was unaware of the fact that there was wine in the door, it would be considered as inadvertent and indirect moving, and the wine would be permitted.
