Should a woman say Ma Tovu if she’s davening at home?

Answer:

No. The verse is recited (as part of Shacharis) only upon coming to shul.

It is interesting to note that Eliyahu Rabba (46) cites an opinion that the pasuk should not be recited at all, because it was said by Bilam. This is also the instruction given by Rav Yaakov Emden in his siddur.
