Can a woman bench gomel?

Answer:

Yes. According to most authorities, women should bench gomel just as men. They should preferably make the berachah in front of ten men (for instance, from the ladies gallery in shul, or at a family gathering), and if this is inconvenient, in front of a number of women and one man.

Sources: See Beis Yosef, Orach Chaim 119; Mishnah Berurah 3; Eliyah Rabbah (who gives a reason why women shouldn’t say the berachah, but their husbands should say it for them); Birchei Yosef; Peri Megadim.
