In halachah, there would be no reason for a girl with an irregular period not to marry. and the laws of niddah would apply to her periods, whenever they should come, just as they apply to anybody else’s. The only difference would be the question of when to separate from her husband on days when the period is expected, and this would depend on the details of the period and its occurrence.
