Colleague to Work on Yom Tov

I work for a frum boss & he of course gives me time off for Yom Tov. Am I allowed to give over my duties to a one of the goyish employees while I am away for Yom Tov?

Answer:

If the non-Jew will be doing it for his own benefit (he will be paid for it, or is doing it as part of the “working day” for which he gets paid), it is permitted.

If you will be paid for the work, and the non-Jew is doing it on your behalf, it would not be permitted. This would be considered sechar Shabbos, meaning getting paid for a non-Jew that works for you on Shabbos.
