I have a din Torah with my neighbours who are causing damage to my apartment.
Can I take a laptop to the din Torah or is it preferrable to have printed pictures.
The advantage of the pictures in digital form is that I can zoom in and show more specific details.

Taking the laptop is fine. This has been done at beis din, and it is fine. Of course, you run the chance of the other litigant claiming that the photos were ‘photoshoped’, but where this is not possible, there is no problem in bringing the laptop to beis din.
