Waiting for Milchigs After Vomiting

Is one considered pareve if they ate fleishig's and then vomited?

Answer:

Even after vomiting, one would have to wait the required time.

The rationale behind waiting between meat and milk is that meat gets stuck between the teeth (Rambam). Another given rationale is that the taste remains in one's mouth (Tur). The Tur and the Shulchan Aruch (89:1) rule that one should be stringent for both rationales. The first certainly applies even after vomiting, as might even the second. Therefore, one must wait the required time even after vomiting.
