Taking Off Mezuzot When Leaving

I decided to sublease my apartment of 36 years, and move into an observant community. I will be subleasing for 2 years to a young couple from the phillipines, along with a female cousin of theirs. Do I remove my mezuzos?

Answer:

If the tenants moving in to the apartment are not Jewish, you can remove the mezuzos. There is no need to leave mezuzos in an apartment where non-Jews, who have no obligation of mezuzah, will be residing. Only when the next tenant is Jewish is there a prohibition of removing the mezuzos.

See Shulchan Aruch, Yoreh De’ah 291:2.
