Extra Immersion in the Mikvah

I pay a monthly fee which allows me one entrance per day to the Mikvah.
On the odd occasion my spiritual duties require that I go twice a day.
Do I need to pay for the second time given the following factors:
1. The second time I only immerse – I shower at home so as to not incur any costs to the Mikvah
2. Sometimes I am out of town and perhaps this second immersion could be in place of a time that I missed.
3. My sons have a pass for Erev Shabos and Shabos but only use the Mikvah on Erev shabos – could my second immersion be considered in place of that which I have paid for them and not used.

Answer:

If your pass only permits you to go once a day, you should pay again for a second tevilah.

The reason for this is that the mikvah does not charge for the water of taking a shower, or anything else, but for the actual entry and immersion. The fact that you don’t always utilize your one immersion a day does not give you a right to go twice on other days (because the principle right is once a day), and the right is presumably non-transferrable.

If you think you might have the right, you can ask the person in charge of the mikvah, and because he appointed over the mikvah you can follow his decision.
