If the mikva night is motzaei tisha be’av how & when are the preparations done?

In principle, the preparations should be done principally on the eve of Tisha Be’Av, and the hair washed again after Tisha Be’Av (Mishnah Berurah 554:18). If this was not done, the preparations (such as taking a bath and cutting nails) must be done after Tisha Be’Av.
