Lighting with Shaliach

If one where to appoint a shaliach to light the menorah – would the shaliach light his own Menorah in addition to the menorah of the person who appointed him. Or would he only light his own and have in mind that he is also fulfilling the shlichus.

Answer:

If the shaliach is lighting in the same place that he lights for himself, only one menorah is lit. In this case, where two people are obligated to light in the same place, the one who is not lighting should become a ‘partner’ with the one who is lighting, by means of paying for some of the oil or candles.
