I am going away to diiferent city tonight after hadlakah and will be sleeping there as well. should i light at the zman in my own house or should i wait till i arrive at my destination later and light there?

You should light at the zeman at your own house, and if possible stay behind a little and eat something (this is not obligatory, but preferable if you can).
Because until now your kevi’us is at home, it remains the right place to light, if you are there at the time of lighting.
