Es Ratzos for Prayer

Are there any times brought in Talmud or kabbalah regarding times that are et rozon? Auspicious times for personal prayers.

Answer:

Yes. One special time mentioned by the Gemara is chatzos (see Berachos 3). Another important time is hanetz hachamah, which is an auspicious time for prayer.

Beyond these, the Gemara writes that there are advantages of prayer in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening (Berachos 6b). The time of sunset is also auspicious, however, one cannot pray exactly at sunset, for fear that the time of the minchah prayer will elapse.
