If one has a bed with a desk on top of it with muktza items like a printer on top of the desk which is on top of the bed. The printer is seemingly muktza machmas chisoron kis since this is it’s designated place. Is there a problem using this bed on shabbos since the bed and bedframe move when one gets on and off of the bed. Does the printer make everything under it a bases to it and therefore make it so one can’t move the bed?
Answer:
There is no problem with moving the bed. This is a case of tiltul be-gufo, so that even if we assume that the bed becomes a bosis, there will be no problem of sleeping on it. For such inadvertent tiltul, even the Chazon Ish will agree that there is no problem.
There is also room to doubt whether the bed becomes a bosis, because the “desk on the bed” is possibly not actually supported by the bed, but by other support.
