I replaced some Mezuzas in my house with new Mezuzas. I did not mevarech when putting up the new Mezuzas – is there any tikun once they are already up. Does not having said the Brocha have any implications on the shmira of the Mezuzas.

Not having made the berachos does not have any implications for the shemirah of the mezuzos.
However, the situation can and should be rectified by your taking down the mezuzah and replacing it, this time with a berachah.
