Posting Teshuvah from Bar-Ilan

Is it muter to take an entire Teshuva from the Bar-Ilan Responsa Project software and post it on a blog (this is entirely for personal use and not for any commercial or financial gain)?

(This particular sefer is not available through Hebrew Books.)

Answer:

I think this is fine.

Even according to copyright law, it is permitted to copy or scan a “reasonable” amount of material for purposes of study and writing, and if the study is later posted on a blog, there’s no problem in this.

Moreover, Bar-Ilan have a copyright on their program, but (perhaps) not on the published texts, and I don’t see an issue in posting a teshuvah.
