Shavu’a She-Chal Bo with Tisha Be’Av on Shabbos

What do we say this year that Tisha B’Av falls out on Shabbos in regards to “Shavuah sh’chal bo”?

This year, there is effectively no shavu’a she-chal bo, because Tisha Be’Av is observed on Sunday.
