That which someone should say 90 Amenim a day what comes into the “cheshbon” of Amenim. Only the Amenim of Brachos or also that of Kaddish. Perhaps also if someone gives someone a bracha and the person answers Amen this should also come into the cheshbon?
Answer:
I think all “amenim” count. The Ben Ish Chai (Year 1, Vayeishev 15) writes that one should say the pasuk “baruch Hashem le-olam amen ve-amen” 45 times to ensure that one answers amen 90 times, and the amenim answered for kaddish are surely no less.
