No Bath in Apartment

If a person is looking to rent an apartment and the apartment has a lot of good qualities but is lacking one thing: a bath. Is that a reason for the family not to take it? Because if the mikvah night falls on Friday night, there is no way to prepare. or should the family rent the apartment and worry about the Friday night tevila if and when it happens?
Thanks and Kol Tov.

Answer:

Bedieved, a good shower is a possible alternative to a bath (Shach 199:7; She’arim Ha-Metzuranim Be-Halachah 160:5; if there is hard skin, the relevant areas must be kept in water for longer).

Therefore (and because it isn’t a common occurrence), I don’t think this is a weighty consideration for choosing an apartment.

Best wishes.
