A vest shaino kavuah is oker in one time. What about if an isha saw 2 times on the 10th of the month. Came the 10th of the month and she had a re’ah that she is in sofek if it was before or after shkia. According to many poskim next month she has to be choshesh for both days (10 and 11) however according to the Shulchan Aruch she only has to be choshesh for 11 (the day that she was “for sure” tameh.) However what about in regards to the okerah of the vest shaino kavuah. That which the SA says to be choshesh for 11 and not 10 is seemingly because there is a sofek and is makil in this regard (not like other poskim.) Can we say however that the vest was “oker” mitzad sofek?

The question is interesting.
It appears that this re’iyah will on the one hand not create a veses kavua – which cannot be created by means of a safek – but on the other hand will not uproot the veses she-eino kavua, because we don’t know that it was on the 11th.
This will mean that next month she will have to be choshesh for both the 10th and the 11th.
