The best way of doing this is to tape yourself as you actually recite the berachos in the morning.
If this doesn’t work out, you should not make the berachah with the name of Hashem.
However, you can state at the beginning: Whenever I say the word “Hashem,” the reference is to the Name of Hashem, Ado-noi, and should be spoken thus.
