Drinking Mother’s Milk

Is it permisable according to Jewish law for a husband to drink milk from his wife’s breast while he’s having marital relations with her? In Yoreh Deah 81:7 it says it cannot be sucked straight from the breast only from a keli (speaking generally, not about husband), yet in Even Ha-ezer 25 is says “kol ma sherotzeh laasos b’ishto yaaseh”?

Answer:

While engaging in relations it is not permitted to drink milk directly from the breast.

The statement of the Shulchan Aruch you mention (which is a citation from the Rambam) refers to matters related to marital relations; drinking mother’s milk is not related to the act itself, and therefore it is not included in the general permit given by the Rambam.

Best wishes.
