Dairy Lid on Meat Pot

I cooked soup (meat) in a pot which the lid is designated for dairy. what do I do with the lid at this point.


The lid requires kashering, because it has absorbed the taste of the meaty soup.

However, the pot itself and the food is fine, as we have clarified here.
