Is a jew (rabbi) who denounces Israel and works with anti-semites a moser? Is it Lashon Hara to give them tochacha and to expose their words publically. How may one deal with a Jew (liberal rabbi) who does these things?

It is hard to label a person a moser just because he works with anti-Semites in one way or another. There are many non-liberal rabbis who also denounce Israel (Satmar & co.), and although our way is distant from theirs, this does not make them moserim.
How to ‘deal’ with the issue depends on the potential harm that will be caused, and it is impossible to relate to the matter without hearing more details. At any rate, the fact that the rabbi is a non- or even an anti-Zionist doesn’t make him a moser, and as for dealings with anti-Semites, the case must be judged according to its particular circumstances.
