When one of the festivals of the year -- Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Sukkos, Passover, and Shavuot, occur in the middle of Shiva, the remaining days of Shiva mourning are annulled.
However, a candle should remain lit for all seven days, but should not be in the same room as the holiday meals.
