Netilas Yadayim after Peeling Skin

Good afternoon,
If someone has peeling skin – from a sunburn, or a skin condition, etc., and he flicks off a piece of the peeling skin,or he actually peels it off, what is the halacha in reference to washing his hands.
Thank you very much.
Thank you also for the very interesting Divrei Torah and Divrei Halacha.
Best wishes for continued Hatzlacha.
Good Shabbos.

Answer:

There is no need to wash hands after peeling off skin.

For peeling skin we don’t find any enactment of netilas yadayim.

Even for a haircut, the need for netilas yadayim applies only for a proper haircut, and not for some hairs that fell out.

Best wishes.
