Are there any problems using disposable plastic oil holders for chanukah prefilled with oil and wick. These are commonly sold for chanukah. Is a person yozei lechatchilla?Are there any opinions that say its only bedieved. Are there any problems with it?

There is no problem with using the plastic pre-filled holders for Chanukah.
These are not comparable with a menorah made of cheres (clay), which becomes sullied after use; the holders are disposable, and new ones are used each night, so that they can be used lechatchilah.
Some note that it is best to use a silver Menorah as a hiddur. If the plastic holders can be used in conjunction with a silver Menorah, this is ideal.
