If someone will be arriving home after thebest time to late Chanukah candles, is it better to make the Bracha of she’asa nissim before he gets home, when he sees a Menorah, or make all the brachos when he lights the Menorah?

The berachah of she’asa nissim should be made later, when he comes home to light.
