Is there any issue with my giving my daughter my car after she marries this upcoming week and having her make the payments on my car loan.
It will still be on my name and is my responsibility. Would this be a question of ribis? I had heard that one cannot lend his credit card out to someone to use since it is ultimately his responsibility.
Is this any different?
