Positions for Covert to Judaism

From the point of view of Halacha:
A person who has already converted to Judaism, can become a Rabbi (Yoreh Yoreh)?
A person who has already converted to Judaism, can become a Dayan (Yadin Yadin)?
A person who has already converted to Judaism, can teach the Torah to other people who are in the process of conversion to Judaism?
Thank you.

Answer:

A covert to Judaism can serve as a rabbi and can of course teach Torah to all, included those in the conversion process.

The question of serving as a dayan is more complex (see Rambam, Sanhedrin 2:9), and depends on the nature of the Beis Din. The reason for this is that according to the Talmudic law a convert is not given a position of authority over the community.

Best wishes.
