Can one close or open a food baggie on Shabbos that has a press close/open seal. I take food to shul before Shabbos and need to eat during shabbos as I am diabetic. If you press the side together ( colorless) it stays closed?

It is fine to open and close the food bag on Shabbos, and there is no problem in doing so.
Even if a bag has a seal of some sort, provided there is no mechanism involving a knot or involving electricity it is fine to use it – just like it is permitted to lock and unlock a door on Shabbos.
