I understand there are several poskim who permit one to drink coffee before davening even with milk and sugar, as that is how coffee is drunk nowadays. What about adding a flavored creamer?

However, it is generally forbidden to eat before davening, and Poskim specifically mention milk as something that is not permitted before davening. The same will apply to a flavored creamer, which should not be added, unless a person cannot drink coffee without it.
