If a woman marries a kohen and has a child without going to the mikva what is the status of the children born to that relationship? Where can i find the halachos about this?
Answer:
The child is fine for all intents and purposes.
A Kohen is disqualified if he is born to a forbidden relationship specifically involving the Kehunah - such as a Kohen who marries a divorcee etc. Though a grave sin, a relationship with a Niddah does not disqualify offspring.
