If i davened mincha and I was thinking of saying Korbanos after davening, and when it became dark already I remembered that I didn’t say Korbanos yet, can I still say them?

Korbanos for Mincha share the same time as the Mincha prayer, and therefore they can be said until several minutes (13 or so) after sunset (Shkiya).

There are customs that are accepted as “obligations,” and there are customs that are accepted as “virtues.”
For a custom that is only a “virtue” – a worthy practice – you can change from it, since it isn’t an obligation.
