Can I use something like this for both meat and dairy: https://www.cuisinart.com/products/grills/gr-300.html. I understand that if the plates are reversible that I wouldn’t be able to. But if I were to purchase two sets of plates would I then be able to switch off? Wouldn’t we liken it to having two different pots, one meat and one dairy, that rest upon the same heating element?
