Cards for Sheimos

I volunteer for a small kiruv organization who gives out weekly on Thursday and/or Friday shabbos candles for free. In the bag is:
information on Hadlakas Neiros written in English and Russian,
the Brocha in Hebrew, Russian, and English transliterated.
Kiddush for at night and day and Havdallah in Hebrew, Russian, English Transliterated.

I wanted to get some guidelines or Sefarim to know how to write this in a way that it will not be Sheimos. As the Shem will be written as well as Pesukim etc.. We are sure a lot of these papers will be thrown directly in the garbage but we have no way of knowing which person actually will use same.

Answer:

The best way of handling this is to write the name of Hashem with a dash in the middle, for instance Ado-nai. The same should be done for the Hebrew rendition of the berachah.

Although it is still correct to place the cards in Sheimos, because of the instructions (which will have some halachic content), the full obligation will not apply, since the Name of Hashem does not appear.

See Iggros Moshe, Orach Chayim, 4:39.

Best wishes.
