I have to visit a friends who live in flats, they have just had LED sensor lights fitted, that are set at 10% and then 100% when activated.
Should i not see my friends on shabbat?

This is a frequent question that does not have a clear solution.
It is best to circumvent the problem by covering the sensors before Shabbos, or leaving on some lights and disconnecting the others. I’m sure your friends will be happy to do this.
If the lights are the building’s and there is no way to get round this, it is permitted to go to your friends in spite of the sensors, but only when you won’t be deriving benefit from the lights.
