I gave 10% of maaser on all my net earnings of 2014. I filed my tax return now and had to pay additional taxes. Could I deduct that amount from my maaser payments in 2015?

If you had to pay extra tax, this can be deducted from the net earnings of 2015. As it were, maaser “owes you money” since you paid out more than you had to, and this can be taken back in 2015.
