Hi Rabbi, is it recommended to have the Kallah brought to the mens side for “keitzad merakdim” or should it be discouraged? yaasher koach
Answer:
There are differing customs in this regard. In Chutz Laaretz it is an accepted practice and as long as proper tznius is kept it does not have to be discouraged. In Eretz Yisrael common practice is not to bring the kallah and sesitivity should be shown for the minhag hamakom.
