Can one learn or pray in front of bird "poop' or dung?
Answer:
As long as there is no foul smell emanating from the feces there is no problem to learn and pray in front of it. See Shulchan Aruch O:C 79 4-7 that the feces of animals generally do not pose a problem in the event there is no smell. There are some exceptions to this rule, see there for details regarding roosters, donkeys and other animals.
