Is there any inyan of delaying a din torah (jew vs jew) to after chodesh av or after the 9th of Av? Can one have din torah even on erev tisha b’av?
Answer:
The directive of Chazal to avoid litigation is only between Jew and Non Jew. Even erev Tisha Bav would be permissible, although it may not be in the spirit of the day, and presumably Batei Din are closed at that time.
