I recently bought antique spoons that haven't been used for many years. 1. I have to kasher them and toivel them in a Mikvah. Does it make a difference which order I do that in? 2. What is the status of the kashering pot when I am done? Is it kosher or teif?

The hagalah should be done before the tevilla. The kashering pot remains kosher.
